Description
Gamay Noir is the heart of our vineyard. It’s rare in the Finger Lakes, but we planted it with purpose—to make rosé. Hand-harvested early to preserve its signature brightness, this wine reflects what we love most about the grape: vibrant fruit, crisp acidity, and unshakable energy. It’s the wine we come back to, again and again.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Bone-dry and refreshing. This isn’t a sweet blush wine—it’s a serious rosé with crisp acidity and bright fruit. Light-bodied and incredibly drinkable. Perfect for warm days, but honestly, we drink it year-round.
PAIRS WITH JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING
Goat cheese and beet salad, prosciutto and melon, crispy falafel with yogurt sauce, or a baguette with soft cheese and olives. This wine loves fresh, light foods—especially anything Mediterranean.
HOW TO SERVE IT
Serve well-chilled, straight from the fridge (45-50°F). The colder the better on a hot day. Any wine glass works—don’t overthink it.
THE BACKSTORY
Made entirely from estate-grown Gamay Noir, this rosé was picked early in the season to preserve its acidity and aromatic freshness. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to showcase the fruit, the wine was bottled dry, with no residual sugar.
We named it Heartbeat because Gamay really is the heartbeat of what we do here.
