Schedule Update
The July 29th matches were cancelled. Those matchups have been rescheduled for Wednesday, August 26th, and playoffs have moved to Wednesday, September 2nd. Everything else stays the same.
Bocce ball at the winery is back for summer.
Form a team of 2 to 6 players and join us Wednesday nights on the lawn. Games are at 5:30 PM or 7:00 PM. The season runs five weeks with playoffs on September 2nd. We’ll have a food truck on site, plus wine, local craft beer, and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar. Entry fee includes team shirts.

About the Courts
This is lawn bocce. We play on grass, not a regulation court surface. The ground is bumpy, the rolls are unpredictable, and that’s part of the fun. If you’re looking for a serious, competitive league, this isn’t it. If you want to hang out with friends, drink some wine, and throw some balls around on a Wednesday night, you’re in the right place.
How It Works
Each week your team plays 3 games to 11 points. All 3 games are played regardless of how the first two turn out. There is a 90-minute time limit for all 3 games. Each game won earns 1 standing point, with 3 points available per match.
Make sure you turn in your scores at the bar before you leave. We need them to update the standings.
Playoffs
Teams are split into 2 divisions. The top 4 teams from each division qualify for the playoff on September 2nd. All rounds are best of 3 games to 11. Win 2 to advance. Quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship all follow the same format.
Standings will be final after the August 26th makeup matches, and the bracket will be posted that night.
Even if your team doesn’t make the bracket, come out anyway. Empty courts will be open for pickup games, so bring friends and family.
If two or more teams in a division are tied on points, the tiebreaker order is: head-to-head result, then total points scored.
